The absolute best way for customers to contact the Gizmo5 team with questions or issues with their account is to use our support area.
We will not respond to customers contacting the company with support or e-commerce issues if they are not using the support system. We respond to every support ticket, and 95% of support tickets are answered within just 48 hours (excludes weekends and holidays).
User Forums
Also, many users find our user forum a great place to go for questions, comments, suggestions, and ideas. The whole Gizmo5 team spends time each week in the forum, and you will find extremely helpful and smart fellow customers willing to lend a hand.
Potential Partners
Companies and organizations looking to partner with Gizmo5 should visit our parent company site, SIPphone.com. Partners looking to brand the Gizmo5 client and service typically have user bases well in excess of 1 million users. If you are a smaller company or individual looking to start your own VoIP service, please visit our developers area, where you can learn how to start your very own VoIP service. Unfortunately, we are not setup to partner at this time with organizations with fewer than one million users.
